Invitation to Golborne and Lowton West Residents to use your VOICE

Wigan Council is supporting the development of a Neighbourhood Plan for Golborne and Lowton West.  The Plan is being created by The Voice Neighbourhood Forum which is now inviting businesses and residents to get involved and put forward their own ideas.  We would like you to:

·         identify the issues which affect you and your family

·         join a special focus group being established to develop the plan

·         your ideas count
